Customer Service Representative
About the role
- Up to 3 years of experience in the same field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English command is a plus.
- V.good computer skills and familiar with M.S.
- Strong collaboration, communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to work with different working shifts.
What you will do
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Management and resolve customer complaints.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
