Customer Service Representative


About the role

  1.  Up to 3 years of experience in the same field.
  2.   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3.  Excellent English command is a plus.
  4. V.good computer skills and familiar with M.S.
  5. Strong collaboration, communication and influencing skills.
  6.  Ability to work with different working shifts.

What you will do

  1.  Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  2. Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
  3. Management and resolve customer complaints.
  4.  Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
