Product Manager

Jeeny is a Middle Eastern-based mobile application that hosts multiple services to ease daily consumer needs such as transportation, delivery, mobility, and much more on-demand with a wallet that spans all services together. Jeeny is a joint venture between MEIG (Middle East Internet Group) - Rocket Internet and IMENA. We have offices in Amman, Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar, and Lahore.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team to help identify what we should be doing next in Jeeny. You will be working with our technology and market teams to identify new product opportunities along our business strategy, make a case for what we should or shouldn’t build and analyze how features are performing.

Qualifications for Product Manager:

• Experience with end to end product, features delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience in Iterating user adoption, A/B test the features while evaluating KPI’s around retention, growth and feedback loops.
• Experience with self-serve product analytics and using Excel, Looker, Mixpanel, Clevertap or other product analytics tools.
• Experience partnering with UX to build delightful features with solid designs.
• Experience working with engineering teams to design and build products in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• BA/BS in an analytical field such as economics, math, computer science preferred; masters degree is a bonus

What you’ll do as a Product Manager at Jeeny;

• Work on strategy topics on various functional areas of product and market.
• Identify growth opportunities, areas of consumer frustration or internal efficiency gains and partner with other teams to improve the product.
• Develop the strategy, vision, and roadmap for the product team at Jeeny
• Own the customer onboarding, engagement, and in-product monetization lifecycle
• Drive the creation, experimentation, and optimization of product-led growth initiatives
• Define activation, retention, revenue, and customer acquisition metrics for success and analyze the impact of growth initiatives
• Contribute to developing a deeper culture of data analysis, research, experimentation, and sharing rapid learnings across the company
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and success teams to create the ideal customer journey
• Drive projects from conception through launch, with a focus on consistent execution, iteration, and stakeholder collaboration
• Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company and build consensus on the product roadmap.
• Manage expectations of stakeholders from several functional areas and be transparent on progress and priorities.
• Track, evaluate and act on KPIs for product optimization.
